Frsky have finally released their low budget radio (probably in response to Jumper T12 and T16). This entry level radio offers great features including the new ACCESS protocol which makes it super easy to bind and upgrade your receiver firmware (amongst other things).
The X9D Lite basically makes the X9D and QX7 radios redundant, as this one packs all the features (expect for built in battery charging on the X9D) plus a few new ones like a high speed digital module interface and battery navigation buttons. It is also cheaper! So basically this will likely become the go-to Frsky radio for people entering into the hobby looking for a decent radio.

Basically looking at the table, there is very little reason to by either the X9D+ or QX7 radios, and the fact that the X9 Lite comes in slghtly cheaper than the basic QX7, makes the X9 lite seem like its going to be a great radio. Assuming it is as good as the previous taranis radios!
